If you are a band/artist that has at least 5 professional recordings, this is for you. An upcoming independent label is looking for music acts to build buzz around.
Pay attention to this, and please read it completely so you do not make a wrong assumption.
We want to put out 1000 CDs. It will cost $1600, BUT since this is usually what a label pays for, all monetary gains will first go to recouping YOUR money, not ours.
So... why release it through us and not yourself? The cost of manufacturing is something you would incur whether you chose to deal with us or not. We simply have the time and knowledge to help make your release as successful as possible. In addition to the marketing that you will do yourself, we will also drive new listeners to your band through various advertising and promotional methods. Your CD will be placed in the hands of established music blogs to be reviewed, we will keep an eye out for any licensing opportunities in television/film, etc. All of the annoying administrative stuff will be taken care of as well.
The album or EP will also be distributed digitally through our partnerships with iTunes, Amazon, eMusic, etc.
Your next full-length album and any costs associated with it will be funded entirely by our label if you choose to release one with us now while we are getting started.
All bands that choose to work with us will be kept up-to-date on important information such as detailed budgets, and things we are actively doing to help.
